myNorthernLightHealth Overview

myNorthernLightHealth Patient Portal is a fast and efficient way for you to communicate with your Northern Light Health physician or care team.  

You can review your medical records, view lab and test results, request prescription renewals, receive reminders about your care, request to change an appointment, and securely email your provider and healthcare team.

The patient portal is a quick, easy way to join your telehealth appointments and access many digital tools including self-scheduling for appointments.

myNorthernLightHealth Benefits

Manage Appointments: Request and schedule appointments, view upcoming appointment details, and get directions to your appointment location.

View Medications: You can request medication refills and view your current and past medications, including dosage, prescription dates, remaining refills, and prescriber information.

View and Manage Health Records: View, download, and send your most up-to-date health records on any internet-enabled device. View your current vitals, immunizations, lab results, and other important health information.

Manage Your Profile: Update your personal and contact information, set your preferred provider and medical location, and update your login information and insurance information.

Manage Documents & Forms: Download, view, and submit financial, administrative, and medical documents and forms. You’ll also be able to access provider-recommended health education materials.

Send Secure Messages: Send and receive secure messages to and from your provider. You’ll be able to securely ask medical and insurance questions, request medical records, and send documents and forms to your provider.

myNorthernLightHealth Self-Enrollment

Self-enrollment is not currently available for caregivers and guardians. If you wish to give another person access to myNorthernLightHealth on your behalf, don’t hesitate to contact your provider’s office.

First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Medical Record Number (found on your clinical visit summary from any Northern Light Health hospital, ED, or Provider Office)

You will need to be 18 years or older to self-enroll. We encourage parents and younger patients to discuss portal options with their providers.

If you wish to access myNorthernLightHealth on behalf of another adult (including Power of Attorney), for whom you help make medical decisions, please get in touch with their provider’s office.

If you haven’t registered for an account yet, you’ll need to sign up first, either by following the instructions on the portal​.
